LSW, MS
Hi, I’m Allison. I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’m here to make it a supportive, empowering experience. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming stress, burnout, relationship issues, or trying to find direction—my goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I use evidence-based tools like CBT and mindfulness, but I also believe that therapy should feel like a real, human connection. You deserve a space where you can be your full self, feel heard, and start to heal at your own pace.
I hold a Master’s in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology and am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). My professional background includes working in nonprofit settings with individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness—supporting people through incredibly difficult life circumstances with dignity and care.
