Counseling isn't about fixing what's broken; it's not about fixing you. It's about being present with you as you begin your journey to noticing, understanding, and nurturing the parts of yourself that may have gone unseen. I aim to co-create a brave space where you can show up as you are, even when it feels messy, uncertain, or uncomfortable. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, honoring the idea that how we were first held, emotionally, physically, and relationally, shapes how we show up today. Together, we'll explore the patterns and origins that influence your current experiences, relationships, and inner dialogue.
I work with individuals and couples, often with a shared desire to grow through awareness and a longing to feel seen and understood. For couples, I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens, helping partners identify and express the emotions underlying their patterns, deepen connection, rebuild trust, and foster secure, responsive ways of relating.
I show up with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your pace. Counseling doesn't require you to be polished or prepared. Just bring yourself, and we'll begin there.
