About me

Counseling isn't about fixing what's broken; it's not about fixing you. It's about being present with you as you begin your journey to noticing, understanding, and nurturing the parts of yourself that may have gone unseen. I aim to co-create a brave space where you can show up as you are, even when it feels messy, uncertain, or uncomfortable. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, honoring the idea that how we were first held—emotionally, physically, relationally—shapes how we show up today. Together, we'll explore the patterns and origins that influence your current experiences, relationships, and inner dialogue.

I work with clients navigating a wide range of life experiences, without limiting myself to a specific "type" of person or problem. The people I work with are often connected by a shared desire to grow through awareness and a longing to feel seen and understood. I show up with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your pace.

Counseling doesn't require you to be polished or prepared. Just bring yourself, and we'll begin there.
