B.S.
Hi, I’m Destiny. I know that life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to face it alone. Counseling offers a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can talk openly, feel heard, and develop tools to support healing, balance, and growth.
I am an intern from the University of Scranton’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program working under the supervision of Brian Cook at Revive Counseling Associates LLC. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship and self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and personal growth, with a special focus on college-age individuals and young adults.
My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Using Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, culturally sensitive care, and strengths-based approaches, I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can build insight, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful growth.
